First of all, we should know what is this trouble making a problem. Acid reflux or Indigestion is a standout amongst the most well-known conditions. How to Cure Indigestion and Dyspepsia: Top 5 Home Remedies:

1. By eating dry ginger powders with jaggery daily, the fire is illuminated and indigestion and Dyspepsia can be cured.

2. Mix one gram of black pepper and one gram dry ginger into equal parts. Now mix this powder with 3 grams of jaggery. Now take it 2-3 times a day. By doing this, all types of indigestion disease can be cured.

3. Collect all the ingredients.

White cumin seeds 60 grams, rock salt 10 grams, black pepper 80 grams, tatary (citric acid in powder form) 20 grams, Pure sugar cube 50 grams. After frying cumin, then grind all the ingredients and grate them in a glass vial. Eat 3 to 4 grams of both times. It will cure Flatulence, indigestion and unpleasant belch.

4. Take 1-1 gram of roasted asafoetida powder and rock salt with the food daily. it will give relief from gas and indigestion. Always take the salted ginger before taking your meal.

5. Collect 10-10 grams of all ingredients. Rock salt, black pepper, dry peppercorns, sal ammoniac. Grind them and make 1.5 gm tablets. Take 1-1 tablets morning and evening.

Prevention is better than cure:

  • Try to avoid alcohol.
  • Do not lay down immediately after taking your meals.
  • Avoid smoking.
  • Cut down on caffeinated drinks.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Chew your food properly and slowly.
  • Take meals in small portions and avoid over-eating.
  • Avoid too much of fatty or spicy foods.
  • Don’t take the stress.
